Services for Visitors with Mobility Impairments
Our facilities are wheelchair and walker accessible.  We offer a wheelchair that may be borrowed free-of-charge on a first-come first-served basis (please request from Security upon arrival at the Center).  Restrooms on all levels are also wheelchair accessible.  The Orientation Theater offers designated wheelchair locations and companion seats.

Service animals are welcome.

PLEASE NOTE: The accessible entrance (elevator entrance) is located on street level under the main outdoor staircase to the plaza.  Please ask Security, located just inside the street-level door on the left, for assistance to the elevators inside the building.

Assistive Listening System
Four FM assistive listening systems are available for the Orientation Theater.  Please inquire at the Admissions Desk located in the Main Lobby on Level 2 to obtain a headset and receiver.

Open Captioning
Open captioning is provided for the following exhibits and multimedia presentations: Journeylines (Ali Timeline); Confidence, Dedication, Conviction, and Spirituality Pavilions; “The Greatest” film projected on boxing ring (Ali’s professional career); “Speed, Power and Grace” elliptical screen film above boxing ring - partially captioned (Ali’s professional career). 
           


Braille Signage
Public elevators in the parking garage adjacent to the Ali Center (off Sixth and Seventh Street entrances) and those in the Ali Center are equipped with Braille signage.  Facility area identification signage and restroom signage also include Braille.
