Ali Center Co-Sponsors WHAS Great Kids Fulfilling the Dream

The Muhammad Ali Center is proud to co-sponsor the WHAS Great Kids Fulfilling the Dream program which honors students who are reaching their potential and achieving personal greatness.  Students are chosen based on academics, extra-curricular activities, service work, honors and awards.  They are also chosen on their ability to overcome adversity and how achieving one of the Ali Center’s six core values – respect, confidence, conviction, dedication, giving and spirituality – assisted them in overcoming that adversity.  The six students selected for this program receive special recognition in addition to being awarded an academic scholarship from the University of Louisville – a partnering sponsor.

Muhammad Ali has said, “Every child needs a dream, a life purpose, a spiritual purpose, and a step-by-step plan for reaching that dream.”  What better way to carry on Ali’s legacy than to honor youth in our community fulfilling their dreams.
